 On the Island of Ischia, in the heart of the historic centre of Forio, you'll find Villa MariaLuisa, a lovely Villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with lemon, orange, mandarin and palm trees, English lawn.
The villa is build with consideration of the local nature surrounding the villa. Whole area especially the garden, for a fresh relax under the trees after a sunny day, is kept with care.
The Villa offers restructured independent Apartments with a garden and all comforts, of various sizes (from 50 to 90 qm) for 2-5 people.

Villa is in Forio on the northern side where there are a lot of evocative areas of naturalistic interest; It is the only town which has preserved its entire historical centre with its tiny streets, churches, sighting towers and monuments.

The charming village of Forio Of Ischia with its many restaurants where it's possible taste some tipycal food, bar, pubs, delicatessen shops, is only five minutes at walk from Villa.

Villa are near the most beautifully seaside of Island and the most important Thermal garden (Poseidon and Negombo).

The main Beaches of Ischia (Citara, San Francesco, Cava dell'Isola , Chiaia) are at walking distance from the Villa , but you can also walk there or take Bus or minibus.

 The nearness to the bus station allows also to reach the most far places of the Island, like garden of Villa Gancia; Villa Mortella garden's of Lady Walton (1st in the competition anniversary ' The beautifull Park of Italy 2004 '); Poseidon Thermal Garden ( a park with more 20 swimmingpool in a bay of Citara) and la Colombaia ( museum of Luchino Visconti Director of 'il Gattopardo); the Soccorso'church; Torrione'big tower, San Vito'church.Subject to agreement it is allowed to accommodate your animals.

Together with the features of the mansion frpom Forio’s port (100 meters) there is every day trip for Capri, Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompeii, Positano, Vesuvio.

Villa Maria Luisa is just 100 metres from both the town centre of Forio and the port. The nearest beach is just 350 metres away. The spa gardens are just 1 km away (it takes just 15 minutes to walk there). The nearest bus stop is 150 metres away and it is then just 10 km to Sant'Angelo (a splendid town typical of this area, perfect for romantics.
The Villa is in the historical centre of Forio, neighbor to the port, the beautifull beaches of Ischia Island are at walking distances.

Villa Marialuisa is subdivided into just 5 apartments, which can be rented out for your holidays in the centre of Forio d'Ischia.
 
Villa Marialuisa can host a maximum of 19 people, allowing guests to relax and sunbathe in the spacious garden, enjoying a calm and quiet vacation in an idyllic setting.

The apartments have been recently refurbished in the island’s typical architectural style. Housing 2/5 persons each, they vary in size from 40 to 90 sq metres, including a private outdoor space with a Gazebo, table and chairs. You’ll find everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. The gardens surrounding the Villa are especially well tended, with a lawn, palm trees and citruses.

Each apartment features a well equipped and completely functional kitchen, allowing you to cook up typical dishes of the region of Campania; included are kitchen and tableware, a fridge with freezer and electric oven. Two apartments (the Mandarino and Aranceto) also include a washer.
 
High-speed wireless internet service is available in the apartments (and garden areas); simply ask for a username and password at the reception upon your arrival to access the wireless network.

"Limoneto" is a two-room chalet measuring 60m² for a maximum of 4 persons. It consists of: a bedroom with double bed, a living-room with kitchen area and 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, an outside patio in the garden with gazebo, table and chairs.

"Mandarino" is a three-room apartment measuring 80m² for 4/5 persons. It consists of: a bedroom with double bed, a fully fitted kitchen, a room with 2/3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, an outside patio in the garden with gazebo, table and chairs.

"Aranceto" is a two-room apartment measuring 50m² for 2/3 persons. It consists of: a bedroom with double bed, a living-room with kitchen area and 1 single bed, a large bathroom with shower, an outside patio in the garden with gazebo, table and chairs.  

"Uliveto" is a two-room cottage measuring 55m² for 4 persons. It consists of:  a bedroom with double bed, a living-room with kitchen area and 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, an outside patio in the garden with gazebo, table and chairs.

"Mandarancio" is a two-room cottage measuring 60m² for 4 persons. It consists of:  a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living-room with kitchen area and 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a television, air-conditioning, an outside patio in the garden with gazebo, table and chairs.
